HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT STRATEGY (HR)

At Elemental Capital Group, we strive to create safe and stable workplaces because, as an international organisation, we consider ourselves an important part of the communities in which our companies operate.

ESG Strategy

Considering climate challenges, legal regulations implemented at global and EU level, stakeholder requirements and market trends, we consider ESG management as an urgent challenge that may influence our future business strategy.

Our ambition is to meet regulatory requirements and manage social and environmental issues based on policies and management systems. At the same time, we strive to strengthen the culture of compliance through proactive awareness raising, training and regular employee engagement on these issues.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT STRATEGY

The Group’s activities are part of global efforts to protect the climate and sustainable development. We have taken up this challenge and are actively participating in saving the planet and improving the lives of societies, implementing the goals set by the United Nations in the field of environmental protection.

ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY

Ensuring a fair and transparent model of activities carried out by the Elemental Capital Group, guaranteeing trust, security, free competition and value for all stakeholders of the Elemental Group.

ANTI-MOBBING POLICY

We place particular emphasis on building an organizational culture based on mutual respect for the workplace. We want our employees to respect each other and be sensitive to the feelings of their colleagues. We educate our employees on what mobbing and discrimination are and how to respond to them.

Our employees know who to contact in case of inappropriate situations. The actions taken to prevent and counteract mobbing are described in detail in the Anti-mobbing Policy.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY (OSH)

Our Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) Policy reflects our commitment to creating and maintaining a safe, healthy and friendly working environment for all employees and associates of the Elemental Group.

We focus on continuous improvement of safety processes, hazard identification and risk assessment to minimize the risk of accidents and occupational diseases. We regularly organize training and educational campaigns to raise employee awareness of best practices related to health and safety.

As part of our policy, every employee has the right and obligation to report any irregularities and suggestions for improving working conditions. Our goal is not only to meet legal requirements, but also to strive to create a safety culture in which everyone feels responsible for themselves and their colleagues.

We have built our international organization based on family businesses, committed employees and associates, and competent managers.

The purpose of the Human Resources Management Policy is to present the principles and regulations in force in the Elemental Group in the field of human resources management, as well as to implement an effective human resources management strategy aimed at stabilizing employment and the satisfaction of employees and associates of our organization.

Based on the values ​​that we consider most important, we have also adopted the Human Resources Management Strategy in the Elemental Group, which constitutes the foundation of our actions in the field of human resources policy.

PROCEDURE FOR REPORTING IRREGULARITIES

At Elemental Group, we take counteracting problems, undesirable behavior and violations of laws and regulations seriously. We encourage our internal and external stakeholders to help prevent and detect irregularities by reporting situations that are contrary to our Code of Ethics, policies and procedures.

SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT

Elemental is a global organization whose activities play an important role in the fight against climate change. Our goal is to become a world leader in the recycling of used automotive catalysts (SAC), a European leader in the segment of recycling printed circuit boards (PCB) and lithium-ion batteries (Li-ion), as well as to strengthen our group’s position as a regional leader in the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). To achieve this, we consistently implement the latest technologies in our plants, improve management processes, increase the network of waste streams and develop the skills of our team.
